I have a Meridian M8X24-DS and I would like to get more info on how to istall and setup a printer, and where I can find e-book on that system,And I have a phone that beep about every 5 min or so like if someone pressed the Feature button on the phone.

You need a SMDR device attatched to the KSU to record or print out calls.

As for the beeping issue, are any lines on hold at that set?
If not the set may need replacing.
