I have a CLID Card & DS Card hosing up on 6.1 sw?

I have recently put in a new CICS and A new MICS both have the latest release of 6.1 soft ware. In both systems about once a week the cards will stop working. If you go in maintenance it will show the card,but with 0 lines. You can not disable and renable to fix the problem you have to do a power cycle. I orginally had CLID's and then swapped to DS
but still have the same problem regardless to the card. I checked line voltage and it is 51 volts, so i set the line data to short co(pbx) . I tried medium and long already. Any suggestions?

both cards? both slots?

IN the MICS it is the second slot-no problems with card in first slot. In the CICS it is the only card in the system.
One other thing on both of the systems the users have dial up internet access on same lines shared by system, but no atas. could this cause problem.

are you talking DSL or dial up accross the lines on the switch?

are the line in parallel to the Norstar and the modem?

thats not a good way to connect it
