I have 2 phones on my IP Office that are getting packet loss of 79% after being on a call for 1 min and 40 sec they are plugged into an Avaya 3524 G power switch the only two phones on that switch they are 9608G's what could be causing this

Is there any issues with the calls..

Where are you getting the packet loss info from.

If it's From SSA application then ignore it.

The call quality goes bad after 01:45 into the call then it just drops off, you start seeing packet loss at about 01:10 into the call.

what is telling you this, if system status then do not pay any attention to it

No I'm looking at the phone through the Network Information and it's showing when the packet loss increases is at the time the call quality starts to get bad

I would start at the Physical Layer and make sure the cables are all certified from the phone to the Switch and phone system. Once the physical layer is solid, work your way up the TCP/IP stack.

I have IP Office 9.0.1, and the wiring has been checked and cleared.

Upgrade to a more recent version.
That version is the first release.
Make sure the IP Phones get the newer firmware.

The switch seems to be the problem. Had this problem and it was the switch, not the phones itself.
I defaulted the switch, upgrade its software and reprogrammed. Problem solved.
