I hav 10 forms and how can i add them into a 2

i have 10 forms. i want to put them in a menu bar in another form and when i click an item in the menu bar the system should be able to show the required form. is it possible to do that in ms access application. or else how can i do such thing to give my application a rich look and feel...

I've actually got a bit of code which will read in form names from a table and will automatically create menu bars and options based on the entries of this table.

So all I do now is to just enter 1 record in a table which corresponds to the new form I created, and then the database will automatically build up the custom menu bars...

I can give some details if anyone's interested...
