my mail doesn't come thru from the outside world, internely it works fine,

and here is the message that i got when sending from a yahoo account:

Sorry, I wasn't able to establish an SMTP connection. (#4.4.1)
I'm not going to try again; this message has been in the queue too
long.

--- Original message follows.

Return-Path: <zxmax777@yahoo.com>
Message-ID: <20021003063928.2499.qmail@web11108.mail.yahoo.com>
Received: from [MY IP ADDRESS] by web11108.mail.yahoo.com via HTTP;

Notice that their server reconginized my true ip address, but couldn't go to my exchange server,

any ideas why it did that, and how to fix it,

thanx in advance ( i'm in need for this )

You have an mx record that points to an A record of your exchange server. Your firewall allows smtp traffic to your exchange server.
If all that is correct can you telnet to your Exchange server on port 25 from inside and outside. Maybe a separate dialup connection to your ISP. As long as you are outside your company.

NO i can't tell net to my server, it tells me that connection to host was lost ??

any idea why is that ??
