Im running 500v2 with at&t copper trunks. 8.0(44) revision. Problem is cant make long distance calls out of call log or visual voice. How ever does work with locals.

Probably since you have prefix number 9 in the trunk forms but not 91.

I think that there is a nice tip around here somewhere for that.

Do you get caller ID with the 1 for LD calls or is all the same as local when you see it.

AT&T isn't sending the 1 and claim that they cant send it.

If I put 91 in the prefix wont it kill local dialing?

It will prefix all calls with 91. If the carrier isn't differentiating the LD calls in the CLI the system can't treat them differently
