I got myself locked out of the main access menu

I have disable "Allow Full Menus" on the STARTUP of my application.
Can't get it back.
I need back my full Access menu

Please help

Hold the [Shift] key at start-up and hold it till your DB has fully appeared.

If there's for the rest no other security on your DB, this should work.

I think if you hold down the shift key when you start
the database you can get back to Tools --> Startup and
be OK.
