i get this message on arcserve 2000 -Job Engine time out-

I get the message -Job Engine Timeout- on Arcserve2000 and any job can´t start, i try reinstalling the software but i get the same message starting the job engine[sadeyes]

Have you checked the Arcserve system account in the Arcserve server admin console?
