I get "unobtained" or "waiting for line" on PRI outbound

I have configured PRI on Avaya IPO500v2 for the first time but get "unobtained" if I dial 9 bcos I configured 9N/Dial/Ns9085558899/0 as System ShortCodes
OR "waiting for line" if I make inbound call I get Network Busy instead of my Auto Attendant
 
The ISP for the E1/PRI line has solved their problem and everything is working perfectly.

Sorry, Late to the party, but next time, if you can't get inbound or outbound calls, then check the trunk on System Status.
 
FILE > ADVANCED > System Status (SSA) > Login Credentials are the same as Manager login
