I dont log extension on a 9620 phone

Hi,

IPO 500 R6.1.20

I have 1608 phones and 9620 phones.

The 1608 phones are connected and with extensions : it's OK
The 9620 phones are connected and with theses extensions : it's OK
BUT i have a error with a only 9620 phone, i cant connect this phone with a extension (454 on this example or a other extension...)
I have use craft procedure, with : RESET PHONES and CLEAR
But same problem.
