I changed a users name but it is not updating

I changed a users name from Sally Jones to Sarah Smith in the users in SBS 2003. I clicked refresh but nothing happens. How can I force it to refresh?
It shows as Sally Jones in Outlook global address list as well.

Give it time. Updates for stuff like that do not happen instantly in exchange. I think they are updated once 24 hours.

Can you force it using a program or something?
Or stopping and starting a service?
