I can send to many e-mail clients internally and externally but I get the following when sending to
earthlink accounts

There was a SMTP communication problem with the recipient's email server. Please contact your system administrator. <mailserver.ouroranydomain.com #5.5.0 smtp;550-EarthLink does not recognize your computer (207.199.x.x) as connecting from an EarthLink
connection. If this is in error, please contact technical support
(207.199.x.x) is the correct address for our exchange server.
I tried contacting earthlink and they didn't know what the issue was but they say the problem is at my end. They suggested I submit my issue to abuse@earthlink.net but that only responds with an autoreply.
I believe my A record and MX record are set up properly. I have done an nslookup and both are responding from my home PC.
I have submitted my exchange server and it isn't an open relay.
