I can't see CLID.

Hi,
I have installed a BCM50 system with CTM8. My problem is i can't see CLID on the set while it is ringing. I can see CLID when i answer the phone. Is it possible to see while the call is ringing?

is callerid enabled on the set for the ringing lines?
