I can't run Visio2002 on Win2000

I can't run Visio2002 on Win2000.

My previous OS was win98.
I have installed Visio 2002 and i didn't have any troubles.
I was pleased with this latest Visio version and with the previous Visio 5 versions. I am real Visio fan. In fact I was ...
When I upgrade my OS to Windows 2000, I could not run Visio 2002 Pro after installation. Visio starts, but when I tried to open new, existing or template drawing the program crashes. I tried everything minimal: custom installation, Detect and Repair in Help Menu etc. Nothing helped.

Please help me. Give me advice.
What I've gotta do to run my favourite Visio 2002 on Win 2000.

This is probably a long shot but what is your default printer? Last year I setup Windows 2000 on a new home computer, installed Visio 2002 and everything was working fine ... at first. My default printer at the time was attached to my old computer, and I accessed it from the new computer via the local area network. After a while I shut down the old computer and forgot about the networked printer being the default. When Visio then began crashing at start up, I discovered later that it was failing while attempting to communicate with the default printer.
