I can't get logged in from home!!!

I cant seem to get logged into tek-tips from my home computer...im typing this message in computer class....I can only get in the site through any computer except mine at home....whats the problem?? Scotty Mac a.k.a smaxted

I have an internet connection....I can get into the site just when I go to enter my name and password and click connect it re-loads the entry page and the username and password is blank.... Scotty Mac a.k.a smaxted

Sounds like your INTERNET options may need some tweeking. Check to make sure that your settings are the same as that of another computer that you can successfully log into the site with. To check/change your IE settings click on...

-TOOLS
-OPTIONS
-ADVANCED tab

Of course... this is assuming that you are using IE as your browser

yeah look at the check for new page and choose, "every visit to page"

that may help a little
