I can't enable handsfree on 2616

hi every one
I have a problem with enabling handsfree on a 2616
I tried to do it on otm I tried to allowed handsfree on the phone features and I assign a key for this but unfortunatly it's not working -the meridian did not accept this change -
when the custumer acivate this feature he can hear but the other can't hear him

please help me I'm a new technician in this area

I tried to change hfd to hfa
by easy change but no way

Is something configured on Key 15, HFA uses Key 15 as the Handsfree Mute, so if something is configured on Key 15, you won't be able to set CLS HFA. Set KEY 15 NUL and then change CLS HFA.

Using OTM you need to null key 15 download then add the hfa to the CLS and download again.
