I can't delete a station 3

Hi all (again),

I am trying to delete a station. Here is what I have done:

Rem st 5992
Pressed Enter

Then I get the message:
Message(s) waiting; please delete message(s) first.

Any ideas???

Hi,

You need to do "clear amw all xxxxx" (where xxxx is the extension). This will clear all messages and allow you to delete the station.

You should first delete the user and messages in Audix first. To do this key in 'rem sub xxxx'

Stug is right, you can't delete extensions with messages waiting in Audix. Delete the Audix association with the extension then the extension it self. This should work.
