I can't convert 9608 from SIP to H323 1

Hi,

I have a 9608 SIP with:
Application S96x1_SALBR6_2_1r26_V4r70.tar
Kernel S96x1_UKR_V12r2130_v12r2130.tar

I have download from support avaya this:
9608 H323 V6_2_4
S96x1_UKR_V13r58_V13r58.tar
S9608_11HALBR6_2_4_08U_V452.tar

I made HTTP server with all configuration file

During boot 9608 says GET and remain about 2/3 minutes,
and after that come back to ask me
Username and Password SIP
Nothing upgrade!!!

I new with Avaya... Please can you help me?

Maybe is file 46xxsettings.txt problem?
Also this file stay in HTTP server,
but when I open this, I read all comment ## nothing set.
What are default parameters to change?

You need to login with craft and change the phone from SIP to H.323.
When they is done than it will look for the normal upgrade file and upgrades back to H.323.

Do you mean...
after craft I have change:
Voice menu SIG... (Set Protocol) in H323?
 
Yes, that is what i mean.
By default it is on automatically and it will always choose for the current situation.
By putting it on H.323 you force the phone to search for the normal upgrade file instead of the SIP file.
