How do I get Report Studio to print multiple page pdf's? I have told it number of rows per page but it still crams the entire report into one page that only someone w/ a magnifying glass could read. Any ideas. My tech guys keep telling me that it will only print to one page but from reading around in here it seems that others do it with no problem. Thanks

In Report Studio, in the menu FILE , you have PAGE Setup.
Here you can define the page size ( A4 , Letter ....)

I've played w/ that as well and it still writes the entire report to one page. If I run the report in html it writes to multiple pages. pdf is the way I need to go though.

Could you post the xml definition ?? So it would be easier to see

I have never had a problem having my reports write a pdf with multiple pages. However, I see nothing in Report Studio that could change that option.

Have you tried seeing if this is a set-up issue either within Framework Manager, or at initial installation time?

I don't have any way to tell about the setup. I did talk to the dtabase guys that run it and did alot of searching. The resolution I came to since it is a crosstab report (don't have the problem with a list) is that it is the large number of columsn that I have. If i greatly up the font on the rows and greatly reduce the font on the column headers then it will carry over to the next page.

Try updating to the most recent version of Adobe on the reportnet server as well as your own local machine.
