I cannot register new 7960 phone to call manager (3.1.3a)

Hello.

I cannot register new phone to call manager. I'm trying to add more 7960 phone onto call manager 3.1.3a but I cannot register phone. Status shows as 'Not Found' and phone is stuck at the 'configuring IP'. When I check DHCP, IP already assigned to a phone that I'm trying to register. Please help me out.

Here's a quick list of things to try.

Make sure the port on the switch of the phone is configured for the proper Voice VLAN

Delete the DHCP lease

Delete the phone definition on the call manager and recreate it.

reboot the phone.
