I cannot open my DB, it tells me I do not have permissions!

I have an access DB that was being used with my stats system on ym website. The stats program is MetaSUn, and I have been using it for years and years. My host recently had some weird issues on my server and after that I cannot view any stats or even view the database itself when downloaded. Access tells me that I do not have the necesary permissions to access the .mdb object.

How can I fix this or at least get to the data inside?
