I cannot install Norton Antivir 2001 in mu 2000 advanced server

I have this error
c:\Progra~1\symantec\s32evnt1.dll.An installable Virtual Driver failed Dll initialization.
and some virus removal tools from Symantec also give such error.So somebody now how can I solve this problem

Have you tried to completely uninstall it, and check the registry and make sure there is no mention of it there? Then re-install it. Sounds like something went haywire on your first install, and it's left a problem behind. Good luck. "It is never too late to learn what is always necessary to know".
