Hello, I can print with any printer of tickets in aloha? We have bought a Citizen CD-S500 and the company that takes the maintenance to us of software Aloha says to us that he is incompatible. It gets to be certain this?

What interface is the printer? I did some research and found some results from Aloha:

I would probably try to set the DIP switch settings and set it up from within Aloha.

the interface is serial. I have introduced all the values so and as ct-s300 is explained in the web page for the model but now what it appears to me it is error in the port. That I must do?
