i have a VPN with 2 win2k server the connection are OK, but when i do ping from a "workstation on LAN1" to "server 2" or to "workstation on LAN2" the ssytem tell me -unaccesible destination host-.
the similar message displayed when i pingged from a "workstation on LAN2" to "server 1" or to "workstation on LAN1".
when i do ping from any "Server" to any "workstation" all is very OK.
this is the scenary of my VPN
--LAN 1--
Server 1 (PDC,DHCP,DNS,WINS)"all in one"
WAN 166.114.86.211
LAN 172.31.0.1/255.255.0.0
LAN Network 172.31.0.0

--LAN 2--
Server 2 (PDC,DHCP,DNS,WINS)"all in one"
WAN 166.114.252.30
LAN 172.31.1.1/255.255.255.0
LAN Network 172.31.1.0

thanks for answer me,
the problem is better, now when i ping to the "Server2" from "network1" is good, but when i trace route from a "workstation1" to "workstation2" only arrive to the "server2" no to the "workstation2"

pls i need more help, thanks.
(sorry but my english is so bad) :)

Check the routing table on "workstation2". Verify it is routing "network1" towards the VPN tunnel.

What can be done if I can ping from LAN2 to all the workstations and servers on LAN1 except the domain controller? I have the subnet mask setup correctly plus WINs can resolve the name correctly as I can see.

Can someone help please? Thankz
