I can´t make restore DB from my PC

Hi
i have a problem with my PC but I don´t know what it is the problem i can´t make backups of the database but I can not make restore of the db i tought there was the 3300 but y make a retore in a diferen PC and funtion properly

Can anyone tell me what should I do to make restores in a 3300 in my pc.

Add the IP Address of the 3300 to your trusted sites in Internet Explorer....

Is your Internet explorer window red when accessing the 3300? Is there a web page that first pops up that says that it is not recommended to proceed, but you click to proceed anyway? This means that you need to import the certificate.
