Hello everyone!

I joined the last month my domain to a forest domain but now i can not browse my domain to reach other server or workstation. When i try to do it, send me a message about my domain is not accessible and i need permission to use this network resource and i have to contact my administrator and bla bla. This happen on all the workstation and servers but from the Domain Controller i can browse the net well.

Thanks in advance.

I would check the DNS or WINS (if you have one) settings first. Use nslookup and browstat to check any errors.

I used the nslookup command and the DNS resolve me the addresses, but when i checked the event viewer, appears a message about a RPC Error. This server have 2 NICs with differente ip addresse each one (Is not configurate it as a Team) and have 2 nics because i had before trouble with the DHCP service. I don´t know if this configuration (2 Nics) affect the DNS service that is running in the same Server.

Thanks in advance.

There is the problem, i have both nic´s in the same range, but now, How can i restrict a DNS server to use only one NIC?
It is in the DNS properties?

Thanks.

To get your DNS to listen to only 1 NIC, you do the following:

Open DNS Manager, go to the properties of your server, click on the Interfaces tab, select "listen on only the following IP Addresses", and enter the IP Address of the NIC
