I am using Windows 2000 Server with a VPN connection and Terminal Services running. I am using the version of Terminal Server that allows two Administrative accounts. What I would like to do is log onto the VPN (which I can do) connect to the server using TS Client (which I can do), from there I would like to do my work (Office, use our financial package, etc) and then _print_ to my printer that is local to the machine that I am sitting at (not the server or network printer). Is there anyway to do this?

Terminal Services will automatically set up print mapping for your local printer. All you need to do is find it and send the print to it. The name will be something like \\PRINTER_NAME\COMPUTER_NAME\Session Number on your local PC. The COMPUTER_NAME is your PC's name, not the server's name.
