I am using connecting to a nfuse server using Netscape 7.1. When I log into nfuse and try to open a published application and I get an error syaing it cannot download "launch.asp.isa".

anyine with suggestions on how to fix this problem?

It sounds like the Web Client did not auto-load (a common problem with NFuse and Netscape). To be sure, go to you add/remove programs and verify whether you have an ICA Web Client entry. If so, with IE, things like emptying the temporary IE cache and ensure that the browser is not set to save encrypted files to disk can create issues. Perhaps the same types of actions and settings affect Netscape. I have not run into any of those, but who knows.

the "ICA Web Client"... what is this?....is it meant to be installed when isntalling certificates...

The ICA Web CLient is the Citrix client software that works with NFuse. The NFuse website does not do any Citrix client functions. It simply provides dynamic links to your published applications and desktops. You need some sort of Citrix client to actually communicate with the Citrix server. You can download the newest version by going to follow the download link. You should see a section of Web clients and/or Win32 clients. Download the one called ICA Web Client for Win 32 (don't quote me).
