I am missing something somewhere

I need assistance to figure out why a form is not working correctly. Boy, I sure learned a valuable lesson – make a backup copy of all your files!

Anyway, on one of our forms, when you hit the submit button, there is an error. The form is not submitted via email as all our other forms.

I have gone through the code several times and evidently I am missing something very important which is why this problem is being encountered.

I am a relatively new user to FrontPage and I don’t know if it is my file or the program.

Should there be a space between the brackets in this funtion call?
