I am looking for basic Merlin Legend maintenance doc's

I am seeking basic maintenance documentation on Merlin and Merlin Legends to be able to reenter the job market working on small systems. I have looked on the Avaya-manuals site and find administration documentation only.
Any assistance will be appreciated.

Keep looking on the Avaya site. The "Pocket Guide" and the Installation/Maintaince manuals are there as well.

I found the I & M Docs but they did not show the menu or how to get to Maintenance. I have been away from the Merlin for a long time my experience is more with the Definity.

I have a spare (CD) copy of " Avaya course # BTT237M"

"Merlin Legend End User Voice Terminal, Training and Documentation"


It has a good section on "basic" trouble shooting, both system and voice terminals. It might be a good starting point for you to get back in the swing of things. I would be happy to send it to you..
