I am having problems with converting text from indesign to word.turkish characters are missing(like þ,ý,ð...) when I copy text to word. I tried some ways but I can't solve this problem. It is very very important for me....

I have heard of many people who want to use text from Word in Indesign, but I cannot imagine why anyone with an Indesign document (Turkish or whatever) would want to convert the text to Word!

I should guess that making a pdf of your Indesign document (If you have support for Turkish fonts) would be the best bet. Then send your pdf file to whoever has asked for it in Word. They should be able to read it anyway.
However I am not very strong on the PDF side of things. Probably Jimoblak or AdobeTim can give you more help in that region.
