I am having problems with my sql odbc connection

hi all,

i have a problem with the mysql odbc connection that the connectino disconnects itself after a certain time but it could be a couple times 10 minutes and alot of tiem more then an hour but it still disconnects itself

PLEASE HELP ME i created the program to work up to this point and my boss is urging to use it already

Try setting the QueryTimeout property of tge connection object = 0
(conWrk.QueryTimeout = 0)

i did that and it dosent help a bit any other suggestions i will apriciate.

My boss is ready to shoot me he is using it but if had a phone call longer then 10 min it disconnects and he needs to reneter the data

so what i did meanwhile i created a temp file but for to enter the temp file fields in its original fields i need to close and reopen the file.
