Hey guys
Just wanted to say that I passed the ICND with a score of 934!!! I came in there pretty confident but I have to say that there were some questions there that stumped me. I even had about 15 minutes left when I finished answering question #40. It was funny because I got to the testing site early and ended up starting late because the pc that they used for the testing got re-imaged and so the proctor's credentials would not work. She ended up getting I.T support to fix it then I took my exam. I must of spent 20 minutes writing as much info as I could. Know your subnetting!! Write them down if you have too.. I did and it cut my time by a few. The sim that I got was not bad. I found the issue but I think I screwed something up (maybe did not save, not sure because my score breakdown was Planning/Designing 100, Implementation 72, Troubleshooting 92, Technology? I forget). But over all not hard this time around. Yep it took me 3 times this time I was fully prepared. I used the following materials: Testout CCNA, Sybex T. Lammle, Thebryantadvantage. Testprep I used The bryantadvantage, cisco site test questions and how2pass sample tests. This was 2 years in the making to get this Cert. In that time I got married, had to take on a 2nd job, my son was born this year. So alot of things happend and I had to adjust my schedule around them but it finally paid off. Now I am hoping my work will let me put this stuff to use if not I will disassemble my home lab and bring it to work and just build my skill set. That is it for now. Just wanted to fill you guys in. Take it easy and "Thanks" to this site and the guys in this forum that answered my questions when I needed help!!!!
