HyperTerm arrow keys don't work :-(

Hello

Strange problem. Using for Telnet standard
HyperTerm on Win2K (SP4) arrow keys do not work.
MS says it is fixed in SP2, but I have SP4.
If use XP, works fine. Most strange thing... on
another notebook with W2K (SP2) arrow keys works :-0.

Any ideas would be appreciated
