Hyperlinks not working in Outlook 1

When an email comes in with a hyperlink and I click on it, the hour-glass comes on and Outlook just hangs. How can I change this? Thanks.

This fix has a high rate of success.
Close all applications before proceeding

Click "Start" and select "Run. "
In the Run box, enter the following:
regsvr32 urlmon.dll (Be sure to leave a space)
Click "OK."
Open Internet Explorer
Click Tools on the pull down menu and select "Internet Options."
Select the "Programs" tab and click on "Reset Web Settings."
