Hyperlinks in Ctx open on FAT (PC) Client?

Anyone know where I change this?

When a user who uses PN on a fat client and logs into Citrix clicks on a hyperlink- their browser on the fat client (PC) opens instead of the browser on the Citrix published desktop (where they clicked the link)...

What is this called and where is this configured? God, I know I should know this!! it's killing me!!

Content Redirection.

In the CMC, open the properties of your farm. Under the Metaframe Settings section, deselect the checkbox "Enable Content Redirection from Server to client.
