Currently i have about 9000 records in my DB, and a folder on my drive containing about 9000 word/lotus documents of detail descriptions of each record, Each record has a reference value No. ie 133244 and each document on my drive is called 133244.doc/133244.sam etcetc is there anyway where a link from the textbox in the form to the documents automatically without having to assign link for each record!??! so it would be something like, if exist link Rep_ref.133244 to c:\133244.*
