Hello,

I have people in my group that use sharepoint as a repository for latest and greatest files. Beside hyperlink (cause I think I need a formula including date and time..), whats the best way to pull a specific sharepoint file that is the most recent, into my specified column in the department status sheet (my excel sheet).

Hi,

A hyperlink does not 'pull' anything into your worksheet. It merely OPENS a file or location.

What do you actually need to happen?
