Hyperlink problem

We have posted some pdf documents on an internal Intranet which is based on our local server (using an NT platform). The initial link from the intranet takes the user to a pdf menu page, which has links to other pdf documents.

The problem we are having is that links in the pdf documents are failing to work for many users. Instead of them taking the user to the link location a box is appearing.

Does anybody know why this is happening

sorry I can't help. I have the same problem. Not on a net but after burning the pdf files on a CD.
Did you already get an answer?
I didn't find anything on the forums.
If yes please let me know.

In the end, we got around the problem by re-installing Adobe...

Seems to now be working fine...

Was a very starnge situation, think the route of the problem might be down to using an older version of Acrobat
