Hyperlink problem

Hello,

I try to append a table with a hyperlink.

The hyperlink is a combination of data entered on a form.

I append this data to a table containing all these hyperlinks.

The append works wel, but it is only the caption of the record that changes, not the real hyperlink

When you go to the hyperlink table, and you type in the address, then it works.

Anyone knows how to resolve this? Thank you.
