Hi Folks,

I am running two VMs on Hyper-V server 2008 R2 and i want to take complete backup of VMs. What could be the simple and best option to do that?

Thanks

Any traditional backup method should work, deploy the backup agent on each host whose data needs to be secured. Backups are then conducted on a regular basis in an automated way. Use VMware Consolidated Backup. Link In the link is a pdf on how to backup VMs from VMWare.

I am not using VMware. I am using Hyper-V and both VMs are running CentOS 6.4. How to backup these two VMs so that in case of any crash i can re-install the same VMs.
