Hyper link to TEXT on different page 1

I am using FP 2002 and I have a webpage that has several photo galleries on it.
Each photo gallery has it's own title and I would like to be able to link to each of
the photo gallery titles separately from an Index page. I know how to set hyperlinks to
individual pages but I don't know how to get a hyperlink form one page to TEXT
on another page. I want to be able to link to all the photo galleries separately so
viewers don't have to scroll down to get to the photo gallery they want to view. Here
is one webpage you can view to get an idea of what I'm tiring to do.

Hi Chamaman,

I think if you create a bookmark for your text, you should be able to link to the specific page URL with the bookmark.

Highlight the text in question, go to Insert >> Bookmark.
Save this page. Now go to page you will be linking from.
Set your hyperkink to the object page and use the DD menu below to set the bookmark to it. Don't try to hyperlink without first saving the page with the bookmarks on it.

You can create bookmarks on text or images.

If you are hyperlinking to multiple text passages, I would create all of the bookmarks and then save. Go back to the link page and then set all the hyperlinks. This will eliminate going back and forth.

So we have text on newpage2.htm e.g. Flowers.

The hyperlink on page on page one will then be newpage2.htm#Flowers

Although this should work fine with a relative URL, if you have problems, you might try the full URL

http://yoursite.com/newpage2.htm#Flowers
