Hybrid/ Poll Setup 1

Can you set up the Partner to do both Hybrid and Pool format. I have a customer that has several 18 btn. sets and wants all the lines to appear and grab line 7,6, 5.. and so on but has 6 button phones as well and wants the same outgoing format but also have lines 1,2,3 appear on the sets? When i go off hook with the 6 button it automatically grabs line 3 even though i set up the automatic line selection to grab line 7. Thx for the help

Sure, put the system in pool mode, pool lines 4-5-6-7 into pool 881 (which only takes up ONE button), remove any lines from pool 880, set the 6 button sets to pool mode, unassign pool 880, assign lines 1-2-3, and pool 881. Set the ALS to Pool 881, Line 3, Line 2, Line 1.
