I'll try setting this up today but has anyone tried IP Office Hybrid Cloud? I see some docs on how to set up the IP Office 500V2 onsite but they don't give a lot if detail or discuss licensing. Anyway, if you got this working let me know if there is anything beyond the docs that helped you (and did you have to use an Avaya ERS like in the picture on this link below?). Thanks
Hybrid Cloud
Hybrid Cloud enables you to integrate IP500 V2 as an expansion system and enables local failover to the expansion system.
When existing IP Office customers migrate from a CPE deployment to a Cloud deployment, they can leverage their existing investment by converting their existing system into a Cloud IP Office expansion system.
A hybrid configuration provides integration between the main system and the expansion system for telecommunication services, such as user registration, PSTN call routing, and local failover support.
Local PSTN or SIP trunks are used to route calls in the event of a network failure.
Voicemail Pro and related services, such as IVR and call recordings, are migrated from the expansion system to the primary IP Office server in the cloud. This enables central management of services for multiple expansions for each enterprise.
