Hello All,
I have 9 phones that hunt to each other, programmed as 500 sets, but after two connections the TN for the next hunt DN goes in lockout state. But if you call the other lines individually you get ring no answer.

What's the fix? What is the best way to have multiple connections to a recording?

This was programed in 1998 and I am not sure why they programmed 500 sets to accomplish this hunt.

Thanks.

Example
(1) 3601 goes to 3603
(2) 3603 goes to 3604
(3) 3604 to 3605
(4) 3605 to 3607
(5) 3607 to 3608
(6) 3608 to 3609
(7) 3609 to 3610
(8) 3610 to 3611
(9) 3611 to 3601

If these go to some box, like IVR, voice mail, dictation, etc:

Set the FTR FDN to be the same as the HUNT
Set CLS HTA FNA SFA LDTA XFR

NOTE: if it a voice mail system, then set CLS to XFA

NOTE: If it is a voice mail system and you starting getting reports of "dial tone sound in messages" then set CLS LDTD

Thanks. I will try that.
It is currently set HTA and XFA. However, the message is not coming from voice mail system. Still working on locating the source. It's for a registration system where people enter a employee id plus #..that's all.

look a group hunt, ld 18 new ght, assign a pilot number then the list of dn's.. by doing that you can see the hunt chain in one location instead of printing each tn.. also add ftr phd to each phone.. if i had a problem with a hunt chain i would add the dn's to my 16 as scr's, then i could listen to the call progress and see where the problem is.. much quicker then trac

Sounds like you are going to an IVR. You may want to verify with the third party vendor that the integration sets can be configured that way. Sometimes the third party application has some little quirks of its own.
