my CEO has two exts. on his phone. 4200 is the primary DN (PDN) & 3200 is his rollover. His phone is set to LHK 1. he just installed a polycomm with 4200 as the DN. the tech set the HUNT to 3200 and the FDN to voicemail on this polycom. If 4200 is busy his calls are hunting to 3200. But since 3200 is not a primary DN his calls are not hunting properly. i don't know exactly what is happening but I am not allowed to ask him. I figured i can build a dummy 500 port with 3200 as PDN and have that hunt/fna to voicemail but, just my luck, they're out of 500 ports. they do NOT have MARP turned on. I remember seeing at my previous company phones programmed as KEY 0 xxx H. Or KEY 0 xxx 0. What do the "H" and the "0" mean and do i have any way of getting x3200 to go to voicemail without using a dummy 500 port? THANK YOU!!!!
