Huntgroup Mail Box Problem!

HI We have Call Pilot 150 and MICS 7.0 version.
Lately about a month ago. We found out that voicemail that suppose to go hunt group mail box. Sometimes, Randomly maybe 1 out of 7 it goes to one of user's mail box instead huntgroup mail box. It happen randomly.
If anybody had this problem and fix it. Please let me know,
I would be very appreciate it.

Were you able to recreate the problem?
Can you explain how the call flow is setup?

Basically hunt group(toll free number) ring about 45 seconds if nobody pick up the phone from huntgroup (10 people)it goes to main huntgroup voicemail.
Also each user has their DID number and voicemail after 6 rings, it will go to their own mail box.
Randomly toll free number ring on huntgroup but it goes to one of user (random user's voicemail)

HuntGroup.
If busy: queue
Q. Timeout 45
Overflow 2268 <-- which is our mailbox
Aux. ringer: N
I am not familiar with the system. but ATT tech aware this isssue and he is having hard time to fix this problem for last 2 weeks.

I would have programmed this with the mailbox number being the DN of the hunt group and the overflow being the DN of the voicemail. this is then sending the call at 45 seconds to the voicemail with digits attached as the mailbox number instead of overflowing to 2268 (a tel station) that then forwards to voicemail. I never got it to work satisfactorily using the method you described
