huntgroup in 4.1.15

I have an IPO406 version 4.1.15, I route call to a huntgroup.
in the huntgroup there are 3 users.

when an incoming call comes to the huntgroup it rings only in the first user and dosn't comes in the second user if no answer from users 1 in the list
 
What are the setting of the group?

Sequential or Collective?
No answer time?
Overflow time?
Call waiting?

the huntgroup is "sequentiel"
No answer time is 12
call waiting "by default"
call waiting "active
 
Disable call waiting and Queuing.
Delete the overflow timer if there isn't an overflow group.

Does it work when you call the Hgroup internal?

in the destination Tab :the huntgroup
in trunk groupe ID: the ID of the line ( 7)
 
How is the Service mode in the fallback tab, this should be ticked "in service"

Use System Status to check that the incoming call really hits the group that you would like it to.
Because it sounds like the external incoming call does not end up at the group.
 
Also the users are ticked in the group I assume, not just listed.

in the call status, I see that the call is going to the group but still ring in the first users in the group
 
Make a new group and push a call through it, just checks that the original group was not corrupted some how.

After the call hits the first user where does it go?
Are there Forward Unconditional or Twinning features set for any of the users?
 
Turn off the huntgroups voicemail and turn down your no answer time, even if its just for testing to say 5 seconds.

any one can do it in the lab.
