Hunt members disabled formhunt group even in V3?!

Hi

I am facing the issue where members are still being disabled from their hunt groups in v3.0 CCC V5 if they access preference and press OK instead of cancel!!??

Also, I have even rmoved the Del as shortcut for Busy Wrap up, but still, if the user press DEL he will be disabled form the hunt group without showing that he is on wrap up mode !!!!!!!1

Is therer a solution?? it is a critical issue

It could certainly be a known issue!!

Is Agent Mode used??
It's the most likely reason. The groups selected in the Agents-tab wi'll be toggled enabled/disabled each time you press OK in Preferences... A giant bug!

If the users stop using Agent-mode, this problem is gone.
