Hunt grp and V Mail

thru CCR i am sending callers to a hunt grp. after the timer can the overflow be the AA or a M Box

If you build a Mailbox of the Hunt Group then you can send the call there.
Hunt Group 707 = mailbox 707

So your overflow DN of HG will the voice mail DN.

I don't remember if the Norstar Callpilot includes Service DN's.
I know the BCM50 version of Callpilot has them and they work great for sending a call to AA or CCR.
If the Norstar Callpilot has Service DN's, select that page and click "help".
The help file will show you how to implement this using hunt groups.

Another option is to set the "Transfer Callback" timer lower than your queue timeout.
The call will then be pulled back into the AA and receive the AA Menu Prompt, then roll back to the CCR.
